BRASIL ANTARTIC STATION  // Antartica, BR // Proposal

Working with MiAS arquitectes, we joined a large international team of consultants to develop a competition
proposal for Brasil’s research station in Antarctica. The proposal consists of a series of prefabricated modules
that together form a cluster of research, accommodation and shared amenities buildings. The project challenges the
nature of prefabricated building typologies, and attempts to invent a new language of ‘instant’ architecture for difficult
climates.
