Kings Road House// Essex, UK // Onsite 

We recently won planning consent for the construction of a commercial space, with a single dwelling above, on the site at 124 Kings Road, as well as a small office building to the rear of the King’s Road site, which will be constructed above a private car parking space. Site A is currently an empty infill site, on an otherwise active street, and the development
seeks to close the empty site in order to continue the street frontage of the neighbouring buildings. The main building structure is using a cross-laminated timber construction. The building is clad with a light grey render, with insets of lightweight glass fibre reinforced concrete panels, which accentuate the window openings and add variation to the tall facade.
